Any time you see a toy (regardless of if it’s for a vagina or anus) with sharp edges, visible seams, or any other quality where it looks like it could be uncomfortable or a good hiding place for bacteria don’t buy it. Usually these kinds of toys say “for novelty use only” which is how they get by with making low quality toys.

As far as couples toys go, the cock ring is probably the most common. The purpose of the cock ring is to inhibit blood flow so the penis becomes engorged with blood, making it firmer and appear larger. It also makes it more difficult to orgasm so the person may last longer. Cock rings can be made out of silicone, metal, leather, plastic TPR, rubber, jelly, and skin like. Some come with a vibrator attached which can help stimulate as well. It’s important to find something that fits you, so I’d suggest getting something adjustable or of a stretchy material first until you better get to know sizing. It’s also important that if it ever starts to hurt or if your penis starts to go numb or get discolored to remove it immediately. You should only really wear it for an hour or so. For adjustable toys you can go with a lasso type cock ring like the Julian’s Stud ring or Cock Lasso. You could also get leather cockrings with snaps. Some come with vibrators. You could also get either nitrile or rubber ring sets that come in different sizes. Once you get the hang of your sizing you could go with fancier like the Je Joue Mio, 14 K gold cockring, For 2, or Love Rings.

You mean an enema? They aren’t technically a sex toy but they are sometimes used in sexual situations. The only problem is you can’t use them regularly (or anything involving water in the anus for that matter) because it dries out the rectum which causes health problems. You can use them occasionally, but don’t over use them.

There are many different kinds of strap-ons. The ones I personally prefer have little bullet vibrators in the harness so that when you use it it rubs against your clitoris. there are also some that you can insert that don’t have harnesses and are more like double ended dildos that may also have vibrator attachments for clitoral stimulation and g-spot stimulation. Otherwise you may or may not reach orgasm by just the feeling of the base of the dildo or the harness rubbing against you.

The problem with Spencers and stores like it is those toys are “for novelty use only” in sex toy speak this means that these products are not regulated like other sex toys. They can have all kind of gross chemicals involved in their process and they’re just really cheap and likely to malfunction sooner rather than later. You can still use them, but I’d strongly suggest using a condom with them. Walmart and possibly Target as well as many pharmacies and grocery stores sell condoms, and there is a mini vibrator that trojan sells that is mainly for clitoral stimulation that is usually found with the condoms. You can also buy toys online, they will be shipped to you in a nondescript box.
