Sounds like a cyst. Stop messing with it! That can cause it to get infected. Just keep the area clean and dry and you can use a hot compress to make it go away quicker.

It sounds like a cyst. I would put a hot compress on it to see if it goes away. Genital warts look like a cauliflower, and herpes looks like little (usually itchy or painful) blisters that crust over before going away. If it sounds like either of those then you should see a doctor to get tested.

If it’s too painful to put there, you can try a really hot wet washcloth which would be less painful. If it’s not painful you don’t really have to worry too much about it touching your clitoris. There really aren’t any other treatments, the hot compress always worked well for me when I got cysts.

This is really common in your teens! Some people just get them and there’s no way to really prevent them but they go away and you stop getting them as often as you age. Just keep the area clean with water, avoid putting any products near your genitals, and keep everything dry and that’s pretty much all you can do.

Sounds like it’s a cyst. The best thing to do is to put a hot compress on it and leave it alone. It’s not a good idea to try to drain it or pick at it as that’ll cause it to scar. Just let it heal and keep the area clean and dry.

yeah I would avoid thongs until the cyst healed. The thong could irritate it which would make healing slower and maybe make it worse.

It sounds like it could be a cyst. If it is, warm compresses can help the pain and help it go down.

It sounds like it was cystic acne. It can leave a scar in the form of a bump and discoloration that fades after a while. If it doesn’t go away or you have any pain or other symptoms see a doctor.

You should be fine, it sounds like a cyst. It’s best to just treat it with a hot compress which will get it to go down on it’s own. Just keep the area clean and dry and let it heal on its own. Use a hot compress to make the swelling go down and try not to mess with it.

Yes! The body can develop pimples really anywhere on the body (with skin that is). It could’ve definitely been a pimple or a cyst and It should go away on it’s own.

Are they kind of painful and red? They’re probably cysts. It’s really common especially when you’re a teenager to occasionally get cysts for the same reason you get acne, hormones. They’ll start to go away as you age. Just try not to pick at them and use a hot compress to relieve some of the pain and swelling.

Pimples and cysts will generally go away on their own if left alone. If it starts bothering you, you can use a hot compress on it to relieve you of any pain but it will help it go away.

With ingrown in hairs you should also generally leave them alone because trying to pick it out may just irritate it and cause infection. 

If these bumps gets worse, increase in size, and doesn’t go away, I would suggest seeing a professional just in case.

It sounds like it may have formed into a cyst. When ingrown hairs get infected this can happen. Put a hot compress on it for a while and that’ll help with the pain. Try to rest for a little bit before and after so it doesn’t get irritated. This should also reduce swelling and make it go away quicker. I used to get these all the time, it should go away soon. If it doesn’t or it gets worse see a doctor just in case.
