It sounds like it may be a cyst or ingrown hair. Genital warts usually looks like cauliflower. Here’s all the bumps I know about:

skin tags can just be removed by a doctor, but really they aren’t dangerous. With M.C. you just have to wait for it to go away. Usually it’s itchy so they’ll prescribe an anti itch cream. If it’s not itching or painful I really wouldn’t worry about it, but a doctor may be able to make you feel even better. Just say that you have some bumps that you’re not sure what they are and if she could have a look.

Yes, skin tags can be that close to the vagina. I’m not actually sure if they test for M.C. in pap smears. I would hope that they would but I’m not sure. If you’re really worried, have a doctor look at it. I totally understand worrying so you’re not silly!

When you say inside of your vagina do you mean your vagina or vulva?

That’s your vulva, the canal/opening is your vagina.

If inside your vulva, it’s probably genital acne which just like face acne happens mostly due to hormones and will go away as you age. Just wash the area with water, keep products away from it, keep it dry, and don’t pick at the bumps.

If it’s inside your vagina the vagina can be bumpy but there shouldn’t be anything that feel like pimples there, and especially if they hurt you should see a doctor.

If it looked like a red blister that eventually crusted over and went away and especially if there was any itching or soreness it could be herpes. If it was just around the edge of your lips and looked more like pimples that were sore and didn’t crust over and maybe had a head on it they were probably pimples. It’s difficult to say what it was for sure. If you ever get them again see a doctor to get it tested. Because oral herpes is so common it may be a good idea to talk about either of you having it and using condoms and dental dams during oral sex just in case.

First off, please don’t use the word clean to mean without STIs. It kind of implies that people with STIs are dirty.

Secondly, you can have STIs even if you and your partner have never had sex before. Many STIs are passed through non sexual means. Herpes can be passed to children in the form of cold sores by people kissing their face or if they scratch their cold sores and touch the children’s face. That herpes can then be passed to the genitals through oral sex. HIV, herpes, HPV, and Hepatitis can be passed during childbirth and sometimes neither the parent or child will know it. Hepatitis can be passed through contaminated foods, HIV can be passed through contact with blood, pubic lice can be passed through bedding, towels, or clothes, and HPV can be passed in many different ways, not all of which are knows. Most STIs can be passed through manual stimulation, grinding, oral sex, anal sex, or intercourse which means if you and your partner are only firsts when it comes to certain types of sexual activity and not others there is a big chance of STIs. I definitely suggest both of you get tested and use condoms and dental dams perfectly every time as both herpes and HPV aren’t tested for in the regular battery of tests.

That all being said, that doesn’t sound like an STI. That sounds like an allergic reaction to either the condom, lubrication, or even your vaginal fluids. If this is your first time using that kind of condom try non latex condoms or a different brand. It may be the lubrication on the condom, so try getting unlubricated condoms and then buying water based glycerin and paraben free lube separately. Sometimes sexual fluids also can cause acne breakouts on the penis which is what it could have been.

That’s really common. Acne can be on the mons pubis and the rest of the vulva just as it can be on any part of the body. You may be over cleaning your vulva actually, you just need water to clean, soap can actually make you break out or cause an infection. Avoid soaps and other products when it comes to your genitals.
