the white gooey stuff is vaginal discharge. It’s something your vagina creates to clean itself out, it removes bacteria and keeps the system clean (which is why you don’t actually need to clean your vagina and only clean your vulva with water). The odor is normal too. Everyone has some sort of odor. It’s important to get to know how your odor is and how your discharge is so that you can notice changes either in discharge color or how you smell or itching or pain that could be a vaginal infection.
