A “male lesbian” is a person who identifies as male but who is attracted to women, presents in usually a feminine matter, and is interested in queer female culture. It’s more a sexual orientation but it’s kind of a grey area. In the realm of gender ambiguous people there are a lot of words and phrases that they can use to describe themselves. “male lesbian” or “executive transvestite” (another identity of Eddie Izzard) are just a couple out of countless possibilities. I don’t know everything about all identities because it varies so much from person to person.
